For days when your skin is feeling extra sensitive try washing with ground organic oatmeal. Add a little water or a teaspoon of vegetable oil to a handful to make a light paste, rub over your skin and then rinse. (An added bonus is that mixed with honey or yoghurt it doubles up as a soothing face pack.) Gently scented with rose geranium essential oil.
